Grilled Pineapple Spritzer

1.25 oz Carmelita's Grilled Pineapple Rum
6 oz Club Soda
1 slice jalapeno (optional)
0.5 teaspoon cayenne powder (optional)
0.5 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
 
Combine cayenne and sea salt in a small dish. Rim a glass with the cayenne powder mixture. Add ice to the glass. Combine the Carmelita's Grilled Pineapple Rum and soda over the ice. Garnish with optional jalapeño.
