Refreshing mint and cucumber elements make this mojito the perfect summer cocktail.
2 oz Carmelita’s Fine Silver Rum
1 oz lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
10 mint leaves
2 inch slice of cucumber peel
In a tall sturdy glass, lightly muddle the cucumber. Lightly bruise the mint leaves in your hand and place them in the glass. Fill the glass with the lime juice, syrup and top with club soda. Garnish with additional cucumber and lime wedges.
